German cuisine varies from region to region. Here you can enjoy a mixture
of Schweinebraten (roast pork), Schweinshaxe (grilled ham hock), Steckerlfisch (grilled fish on a stick), \Hurst' (sausages) along with Brezen (pretzels), Knodel (potato or bread dumplings), Kasespatzle (cheese noodles), Sauerkraut or Rotkohl/Blaukraut (red cabbage) and Weißwurst (a white sausage).
